Full Circle Health is an array of services and programs for UniCare members, providing the following categories of personalized tools:
- Health Resources give members access to comprehensive health and wellness information to help them better understand and manage health issues, conditions and treatments.
- Health Extras offer members interactive online programs, tools, staying healthy reminders and discounts on assorted health care related products and services.
- Health Guidance helps members get medical care, guidance and support -- available 24 hours a day, seven days a week -- whether they're looking for information about quality hospitals near the member's home or talking to a registered nurse about a health concern.
- Health Management serves members with chronic or acute conditions by supporting them to adhere to their physician's care plan.
