HSA-Compatible Products
The Humana One Health Savings Account (HSA)-compatible plans provide excellent benefits:
- Plans with 100% network coverage are offered to both Illinois and Indiana residents.
- All Humana One HSA-compatible plans waive the deductible for preventive care services.
- Humana's ChoiceCare PPO network offers a broad choice of participating providers throughout the USA.
HSA-Compatible Menu of Plans
In both Illinois and Indiana, you can purchase Humana One HSA-compatible coverage with either 100% network coverage or 80% network coverage. With these plans, you have the following deductible options:
- $1500 single deductible or
$3000 family deductible
- $2000 single deductible or
$4000 family deductible
- $2600 single deductible or
$5150 family deductible
HSA Administration
When you purchase one of these Humana One plans, you can establish a Health Savings Account (HSA) with any financial institution you choose.
Humana has established a "referral" relationship with JPMorganChase Bank, which is certainly a respected organization. However, you receive no special services when you combine a Humana health insurance policy with a JPMorganChase
HSA or with the HSA of any other financial institution.
We advise Humana One policyholders to make an independent decision about where to establish an HSA. JPMorganChase merits consideration, but the "referral" relationship with Humana doesn't mean much, other than your receiving some brochures and
enrollment materials you would not otherwise receive.
