CeltiCare II Select (Traditional PPO)

The CeltiCare II Select PPO plan provides generous benefits similar to typical plans offered by employers.  Benefits include a $15 office visit co-pay as well as a prescription drug card, preventive care and supplemental accident.

Preferred benefits are available through the nationwide PHCS PPO network.

Celtic Basic (Lower Cost Traditional PPO)

Celtic Basic is a lower cost health insurance plan with deductible choices of $1500, $2500 or $5000.  Extras include a $30 office visit co-pay applicable to two visits per year.  Prescription drug card benefits and preventive care are also included, though this plan is not as generous as CeltiCare II Select.

Preferred benefits are available through the nationwide PHCS PPO network.

CelticSaver (HSA-Compatible)

This is comprehensive major medical coverage that is Health Savings Account (HSA) - compatible.  You can get 100% coverage after satisfaction of the deductible, and there's a $7 million lifetime maximum benefit.
